Terms of Service

GENERAL TERMS- I have the rights to decline any commission inquiries.
- Rude clients will not be accommodated further.
- This is not a first come first serve basis. I shall select ones that suits my interests and capabilities.
- Provide me clear references and necessary details for me to easily achieve your request.
- I am a student and very family-oriented, working progress might take from weeks to 5 months. Including the possibility of sudden emergencies and illnesses, please expect some delays. This could also depend on the complexity/number of clients.
- In general, please do not rush me as I like to take my time working. Creativity sometimes takes a lot of work.
- Tight deadline requests will incur an extra rush fee depending on my availability. (Please specify the date on the order form)
- Maximum of two (2) revisions for the drafts only. If you want me to change something after the draft approval, it will be charged.
- Notify me in advance if you wish for me to keep the work private at a given period of time.
- Please note that your commission will be made using MY OWN STYLE only. I won't be copying other designers' work.
- If you wish to pay for the PSD file, please tell me why you need it beforehand.PAYMENT- Payments shall be made through Paypal Invoice/GCash/Ko-Fi.
- Paying via GCash should be the same amount as the current USD conversion to PHP.
- 50% down-payment must be made UPFRONT before I start your commission.
- NO REFUNDS unless undelivered on discussed date.COPYRIGHT- I own the rights to my own work, meaning I can use it to showcase and add to my portfolio.
- Crediting is required. You can either link my twitter (@umenabii) or my website (umenabi.carrd.co).

Note: I use a laptop onlyPROCESS- Fill up the Google Form, OR dm me on Twitter (@umenabii) itself.
- Response time will take 1-2 weeks. No response from me within the time period automatically means your request is denied.
- Upon receiving the 50% down payment, a draft shall be made and sent for approval.
- Once the draft is approved, full upfront payment is required for continuation.
- A google drive link will then be sent after the work has been finalised. Including the PSD file if purchased.
